Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces including counters, tables, toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, cabinets, and mirrors.
Floors
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all floors including bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, stairs, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Stocking
Restocking any complimentary supplies or amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, coffee, tea, and snacks.
Staging
Arranging living spaces by fluffing pillows, aligning blankets, and anything else to ensure a neat and presentable appearance.
Trash
Collecting and taking out all trash and garbage and recycling to ensure there is no buildup.
Maintenance
Performing simple maintenance tasks like changing batteries and lightbulbs or screwing in a screw.
Communication
Informing you of anything that could be qualified as a damage claim or other concerns found with the property.
