As with most start-up companies, AirButler started as a solution to a problem.

Erich, who at the time was working for a short-term rental management company, was struggling to find acceptable cleaners for his short-term rental properties. Other cleaning companies could not perform at the level that is needed for short-term rental cleaning. So he decided to create his own. In doing so, he became the first short-term rental specific cleaning company in Columbus, Ohio.

Since then, we've only improved our methods and systems and we have remained the number one short-term rental cleaning company in Columbus, Ohio. We are trusted by hundreds of clients, hosts and property owners across Columbus for our quality, reliability and professionalism and we've not only grown ourselves, but helped these clients, hosts, and property owners grow exponentially.

We aim for perfection with every turnover and we have very high standards for our cleaning employees. Our crew has completed over 40 property turnovers in one day. While regular turnovers of short-term rentals is what we like to brag about, we also do more than just the cleans. We pride ourselves on our systems for communication and the ability to assist the owner with their property. We take care of the property, providing on-call maintenance, lawn care, and more. We help with the upkeep of the home—like watering plants and taking in the mail. Our goal is to make it so that you, the owner, shouldn't ever need to be on site.

Over the years we have grown from just a cleaning company.

We currently manage over 20 short-term rental properties, as well as owning a few ourselves. We love being a part of the quickly growing short-term rental world and we consider ourselves one of the leaders of the movement.

The management side of the company handles stocking inventory, communicating with guests, and marketing your property. We handle everything for you, all you have to do is sit back and earn a profit.
